SilverSneakers Classic increases muscle strength and range of movement and improves activities for daily living. Class includes a warmup, active workout and a cool down. You will have a chair for seated exercises and for standing supported exercises. The instructor can modify the exercise for your fitness level. Class is 45 minutes.
Boom Move It
Boom Move It is a dance workout that helps burn the calories and gets your heart pumping. Don't worry about getting every step perfect, just have fun and improve your cardio endurance and strength during this 45-minute workout. Class will include a warmup, active movement and a cool down.
