Tumbling

Join instructor Sophie Hernandez for some tumbling fun this summer! All tumbling classes will be held on Mondays, July 18-August 8. Acro Dance runs Tuesdays, July 19-August 9.

TUMBLING 1: Learn basic moves and tricks. This class will focus on strength and basic tumbling skills such as rolls, handstands, and cartwheels.

TUMBLING 1/2: This class is for older children who are new to tumbling or younger children who have completed Tumbling 1 and are ready for more challenging classes.

TUMBLING 2: This class will build upon all of the skills learned in tumbling 1. This class will focus on core work, holding suspensions and introduce round offs and walkovers. This class is a good starting point for older tumblers.

TUMBLING 3: This class will focus on tumbling passes. Participants must have prior tumbling experience.

ACRO DANCE: Participants must be enrolled in a tumbling class. Come learn new dances every week while working on our tricks from class.
