Byron Middle School TheatreThis thrilling and heartwarming coming-of-age story follows the strong-willed Moana as she sets sail across the Pacific to save her village and discover the truth about her heritage. Moana and the legendary demigod Maui embark on an epic journey of self-discovery and camaraderie as both learn to harness the power that lies within. With empowering messages of bravery and selflessness, “Moana Jr.” is sure to bring out the hero within each of us.

Fee when cast: $110/$120**There are no fees associated with auditions. Upon release of the cast list, registration fees will be applied to accounts and payment will be due. However, all participants must register for auditions.

Prepare 16 Musical Bars or approximately 1 minute of a musical number.(No monologue)Individuals will know at the audition if they are called back. To be considered for a lead role you must attend call backs.

Byron Middle School Theatre“Alice Adventures in Wonderland” is a ballet that follows a young girl Alice as she tries to find her place in 1800s society. While running away from her problems she follows a mysterious rabbit in a waistcoat down a rabbit hole and into a whimsical mad world. Alice finds new friends and new strength in herself while experiencing adventure, unexpected lessons, a mad tea party, and even flamingo croquet!
There are 24 roles for dancers of multiple levels as well as ensemble groups. The show includes ballet, tap, jazz and contemporary choreography. All dancers are welcome!

Alice in Wonderland Ballet Workshop
This workshop is for dancers ages 8-adult who plan to audition for Alice in Wonderland the Ballet. There are no fees for the workshop. Please register in advance as times may change based on registration.Date: Friday, 8/16/24

Private Voice Lessons
Book one-on-one lessons to improve your singing and style! Students will build up a repertoire of audition and performance songs with positive, constructive feedback. They will learn and fine-tune range, pitch, tone, placement, breathing, presence, and visualization. Private voice instruction builds confidence, a love of performance, and our BCT staff makes it so much fun! Please register in person or online to view current availability and pricing.

Byron Middle School Theatre“Mamma Mia!” tells the hilarious story of a young woman’s search for her birth father. This sunny and funny tale unfolds on a Greek island paradise. On the eve of her wedding, a daughter’s quest to discover the identity of her father brings three men from her mother’s past back to the island they last visited 20 years ago. The story-telling magic of ABBA’s timeless songs propels this enchanting tale of love, laughter and friendship, creating an unforgettable show.
